After many requests written to me, I will comment in a short essay without prolonging our article today, WHY CAUSES YOUR HAIR TO LOSE, AND HOW TO PREVENT IT.
So there are eight (8) reasons for hair loss that are often responsible for hair problems and they include:
- The rays of the sun, called Ultra Violet Rays, make it a habit to walk bareheaded.
- Hair dyes that your body rejects when you apply them and your hair falls out.
- Lack of nutrients in your body and not eating nutritious food will cause your hair to fall out.
- When women give birth, their hormones change and this causes hair loss.
- People who take certain medications are bitten by insects that live on the human scalp and eat the moisture produced by the scalp that is intended for hair growth.
- Insomnia, anxiety, obsessive thoughts and stress.
- Anemia, especially low red blood cells.
- Hormones that deal with hair met with problem.
The problems that we have mentioned above usually cause your hair to fall out easily even though we as Somalis do not take care of it much and the food we eat is not maintained and does not contain much nutrition for hair but I would recommend you to look at eight points if you have experienced hair loss.
